Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "fg444", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the fg444 online gaming platform operating at https://fg444.io and all associated services, games, and cashier facilities.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the fg444 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal player account created upon successful registration on fg444, through which the player accesses games and manages funds.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a player's fg444 account, inclusive of any cash balance and any bonus funds, as separately designated within the account dashboard.

• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity and age verification process applied by fg444 before processing a player's first withdrawal request.

Eligibility

Account Registration

To access real-money games and sports betting markets on fg444, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• Each player is permitted to hold one account only on fg444. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is a prohibited activity and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, address, and contact details.

Deposits & Withdrawals

fg444 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method selected and are displayed in the cashier at the time of the transaction.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your fg444 account balance within 60 seconds of confirmed payment gateway processing. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing schedule of the originating bank.

• fg444 may at its sole discretion determine that a player has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, exploitation of promotional mechanics, or systematic abuse across multiple accounts — and may withhold bonus winnings accordingly.

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules govern gameplay and sports betting activity on fg444:

• All game outcomes on fg444 slot titles and table games are determined by certified random number generation (RNG). fg444 does not intervene in game outcomes and game results cannot be reversed once confirmed by the game system.
• Sports betting markets, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football, and other markets, are governed by the specific market rules displayed within the fg444 sportsbook at the time of placing a bet.
• fg444 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where the result is affected by circumstances outside ordinary sporting competition, including but not limited to match abandonment, incorrect odds displayed due to a technical error, or an event being settled prematurely due to a data feed error.

Prohibited Conduct

Termination

Either party may terminate the player account relationship at any time. Players wishing to close their account should contact fg444 support. fg444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Engagement in any form of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 07.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal that has not been resolved in good faith.
• A determination by fg444's risk and compliance team that continued account operation presents an unacceptable risk to the integrity of the platform.

Upon account termination, fg444 will return any verified real-money cash balance held in the account after deducting any outstanding obligations, forfeited bonus funds, and any amounts subject to ongoing investigation. Bonus Funds are not returnable upon account closure.

Amendments

fg444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, fg444 will provide reasonable notice by publishing the updated Terms & Conditions on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where practicable, by notifying registered players via the email address on file. Governing Law
